About Professional Photographer Katlyn Sampson

Katlyn is the most happy when looking at the world through the lens of her camera and likes to observe without being invasive. With a unique style of artistic documentary she is always relaxed but ready, enabling her to capture a true essence of the subject. She knows life's most important moments create themselves and enjoys being able to capture life in a unique and exciting way.
As a result, there is a creation of reality, emotion and personality in her photographs.

She carries an education, experience and passion in photography that is vast and unique.
Graduating the only university in the United States which offers a degree strictly in photography, she has since worked for prestigious photographic agencies such as Magnum Photos and
VII Photo Agency allowing her to work with/amongst the best photographers in the world.

Simply infatuated with photographing weddings, she feels privileged to be in the presence of true love's happiness and to be able create something truly special - to provide the gift of documented story for one of the most important, sentimental, beautiful days in someone's life.
Katlyn has photographed engagement and weddings in France, The UK and the US.

Moments are captured and one-of-a-kind portraits are created. She will create a unique story of this momentous time for you and your family to look back upon again and again in joyous remembrance. She feels and shares the emotion through her captured images, transforming precious fleeting moments into ever-lasting memories.

Katlyn is enjoying life with her two young boys and currently focusing her talents on child portraiture including birthday portraits, family sessions and school portraits. She strives to capture natural beauty of people and life through her images.
